Freezing and Refrigeration: Used for low-temperature storage (below -18℃) of meat, seafood, dairy products, etc., inhibiting bacterial growth and extending shelf life.

Fruit and Vegetable Preservation: High-temperature storage (0–15℃) and controlled atmosphere storage extend the shelf life of perishable fruits such as strawberries and blueberries by adjusting the gas ratio.

Frozen Food Production: Maintains the quality stability of products such as ice cream and dumplings in quick-freezing lines and constant-temperature storage.

Pharmaceutical Storage: 2–8℃ cold storage is used for compliant storage of biological agents such as vaccines and insulin, meeting GSP standards.

Blood and Sample Preservation: Ultra-low temperature environments below -20℃ are used for long-term preservation of plasma, stem cells, and research samples.

Pharmaceutical Cold Chain Transit: Ensures uninterrupted temperature control during transportation, guaranteeing drug safety.

Cold storage panels need to be selected according to the type of cold storage (e.g., high-temperature storage 0–5℃, low-temperature storage below -18℃, ultra-low temperature storage below -40℃). For example, low-temperature storage requires polyurethane panels with a thickness of 150mm or more, while high-temperature storage only needs to be 80-100mm thick. If the cold storage is used to store chemical raw materials, chemically resistant stainless steel panels must be selected. In addition, the modular design of the panels (such as tongue and groove splicing and flange connection) can significantly improve installation efficiency and reduce on-site construction time by more than 30%.
