The cold storage compressor is the "power heart" of the cold storage refrigeration system. Its core function is to drive the refrigerant to complete the refrigeration cycle of "compression-condensation-throttling-evaporation", continuously provide a stable low-temperature environment for the cold storage, and directly determine the refrigeration efficiency, operation stability and use cost of the cold storage. It is widely used in various low-temperature storage scenarios such as food freezing, pharmaceutical refrigeration and cold chain logistics.

The cold storage compressor working principle is based on positive displacement compression. Through the mechanical movement of piston, screw or scroll structure, it sucks the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas in the evaporator, compresses it into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, creates conditions for subsequent heat dissipation and liquefaction, promotes the continuous operation of the entire refrigeration cycle, and realizes the heat transfer and low-temperature maintenance in the cold storage.

 

The cold storage compressor mainstream models are divided into three categories: screw type is suitable for large-scale cold storage, which can operate continuously for 24 hours with large refrigeration capacity and energy saving; Piston type has outstanding cost performance, simple structure and convenient maintenance, suitable for small and medium-sized cold storage; Scroll type has precise temperature control and low noise, suitable for pharmaceutical cold storage and other scenarios sensitive to temperature fluctuations.
