What refrigeration equipment do you mainly supply?
Our main products: screw refrigeration units, piston condensing units, low-temperature air coolers, water-cooled / air-cooled condensers, liquid receivers, oil separators, spare parts for cold storage, etc. We can provide complete refrigeration solutions for high-temperature, medium-temperature, low-temperature and ultra-low-temperature cold rooms, and support customized production.
-
How to select the horsepower of the unit for cold storage construction? What parameters are required?
Required information for unit selection: length, width and height of cold room, target indoor temperature, thickness of insulation panels, type of stored goods, incoming goods temperature, daily incoming cargo volume, local ambient temperature. Once we receive the above data, our engineers will match the suitable unit scheme and quotation accurately.
-
What is the equipment delivery lead time? Can goods be shipped nationwide? Is overseas delivery available?
Standard conventional units are in stock with delivery within 3–10 days; customized models require a production cycle of 15–30 days. Domestic full-truck / logistics delivery is available with direct shipment to Xinjiang, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other regions. We accept foreign trade orders, handle customs declaration and container loading, and serve clients from Central Asia, Russia, Southeast Asia and other overseas regions.
-
Do you support on-site survey and on-site scheme design? Is it chargeable?
On-site survey can be arranged for key domestic regions. We can provide cold storage refrigeration schemes, configuration lists and preliminary quotations remotely free of charge. The survey fee can be deducted from the payment after order confirmation.
-
Does the quotation include installation service? Can we hire our own installation team if only purchasing equipment?
Two options are available: turnkey package (equipment + installation & commissioning) or separate equipment procurement. If you only purchase equipment, we can provide professional installation technical guidance and drawing documents to assist local installation teams.
-
Does the quotation cover freight and tax invoices?
The quotation is based on bare unit price by default; freight is calculated separately. We can issue special VAT invoices. Tax fees for invoicing will be confirmed through negotiation according to order details and clearly marked before order placement.
-
What refrigerants are compatible with the units? Is R290 and R600a supported?
Standard models support R22, R404A, R507 and R134a. Explosion-proof models are compatible with hydrocarbon refrigerants R290 and R600a. Please inform us of the refrigerant model before ordering to avoid mismatched unit configuration.
-
How to choose between screw units and piston units? What are their differences?
Piston condensing units are preferred for small & medium cold rooms, intermittent operation and low-temperature cold storage. Screw units are recommended for large cold rooms, 24-hour continuous operation and high-power working conditions. They operate stably with higher energy efficiency and longer maintenance intervals. You may inform us your cold storage requirements for professional model selection.
-
How to distinguish air-cooled units from water-cooled units? Which one saves more power?
Air-cooled units come with built-in condensers, no cooling tower required, easy to install and suitable for sites with limited space. Water-cooled units need to work with cooling towers. They feature stronger refrigeration stability under high ambient temperature and lower comprehensive energy consumption during long-term continuous operation.
-
What payment terms are available? Is cash on delivery supported?
We support bank transfer between corporate accounts, WeChat / corporate Alipay. For standard orders, deposit is required to arrange production, and full balance shall be settled before shipment. Installment plans can be negotiated for large project orders. Unconditional cash on delivery is temporarily unavailable.
-
Can configuration be modified or orders cancelled after placement?
Free configuration adjustment is allowed if production has not started. Changes after material cutting or production completion will incur material loss costs. Order cancellation will generate corresponding losses calculated based on production progress. Please confirm all requirements before placing orders.
-
How long is the equipment warranty? What is covered within warranty?
Standard whole-unit warranty period is 12 months (counted from equipment commissioning or shipment date, subject to contract agreement). Warranty coverage: free replacement of spare parts for original factory quality defects. Free warranty does NOT cover faults caused by improper installation, oil shortage, impurity ingress, abnormal power supply, incorrect operation and wrong refrigerant charging.
-
How to apply for maintenance if equipment breaks down? What information needs to be provided?
For maintenance request, please provide equipment model, serial number, purchase date, fault description, on-site photos or short videos. After registration by customer service, technicians will offer remote guidance. On-site service will be arranged for complicated malfunctions.
-
How is maintenance charged for out-of-warranty equipment?
For out-of-warranty equipment, only spare part cost plus on-site service fee will be charged. All fees will be confirmed in advance with no hidden charges. Long-term cooperative clients can sign annual maintenance agreements to enjoy preferential rates.
-
What regular maintenance work is required for units? How often should maintenance be carried out?
Monthly: Clean dust on air coolers and condensers; check oil level and pipeline oil leakage. Quarterly: Test refrigerant pressure and electrical wiring. Annual maintenance: Replace refrigeration oil, oil filters and filter driers; conduct full-system leak detection. Shorter maintenance intervals are recommended for units running under full load for long periods.
-
The unit shuts down after running for a short time and triggers frequent alarms
Self-inspection priorities: ① Severe dust accumulation on condenser leading to poor heat dissipation (high-pressure alarm); ② Excessive or insufficient refrigerant; ③ Refrigeration oil shortage; ④ Fan reverse rotation or cooling fan failure; ⑤ Unstable power voltage. You may send the controller alarm code to technicians for analysis.
-
The cold room cools slowly and the temperature cannot drop to target
Common causes: heat leakage from insulation, frequent door opening, overstocked goods blocking air ducts, excessive frost on air coolers, undersized unit model, refrigerant leakage of the system.
-
Abnormal noise and heavy vibration from the compressor
Check anchor fixation and pipeline resonance; verify oil shortage, liquid slugging and internal compressor failure. Stop long-time operation immediately to prevent compressor burnout.
-
Severe ice formation on air coolers and incomplete defrosting
Check defrost time settings, damaged defrost heating tubes and blocked drain holes. High indoor humidity will aggravate icing.
-
Oil leakage on pipelines with visible oil stains
Oil leakage in refrigeration system equals refrigerant leakage. Shut down the unit as soon as possible for leak detection & repair, then refill refrigeration oil and refrigerant. Long-term leakage will directly damage the compressor.
-
What precautions should be taken for the first operation of new equipment?
Confirm matching line voltage before powering on new units; charge refrigerant strictly according to rated volume on nameplate. Carry out 2–4 hours no-load trial run for the first startup before gradual load increase; monitor oil pressure and high/low pressure regularly.
-
What is the minimum and maximum applicable ambient temperature of the unit? Can it be placed outdoors in northern winter?
Standard air-cooled units adapt to ambient temperature ranging from -10℃ to 43℃. For outdoor installation in extremely cold regions, low-temperature startup kits and oil heating devices must be equipped to avoid startup failure under low temperature.
-
Can you provide English quotations and English versions of equipment technical documents?
We support Chinese & bilingual documents, including English operation manuals, packing lists and Proforma Invoices (PI). We can also assist document translation if you require Russian business communication.
