In refrigeration and air conditioning systems, evaporators and condensers are two core components, playing indispensable roles in heat transfer and refrigeration cycles. Although both involve heat exchange, their functions, structures, and working principles differ significantly.

Evaporators have diverse and targeted functions. For example, in the pharmaceutical industry, evaporators are used for solvent recovery in the purification of traditional Chinese medicine, ensuring that active ingredients are not destroyed by controlling evaporation temperature and vacuum levels; in food processing, vacuum low-temperature evaporation technology is used for juice concentration, preserving flavor substances while significantly reducing energy consumption; in the environmental field, evaporators are key equipment in wastewater "zero discharge" systems, using multi-stage evaporation and crystallization to evaporate water from high-salt wastewater into condensate for reuse, while crystallizing salt into solids, achieving resource recovery and pollution reduction.

Cold Storage and Cold Chain: As a core component, cold storage evaporators (such as aluminum pipe evaporators and air coolers) are used for the low-temperature storage of food and pharmaceuticals, maintaining a constant low-temperature environment.

Residential and Commercial Air Conditioners: Air conditioner evaporators absorb indoor heat to cool the air, and are widely used in residences, office buildings, and vehicles.

Industrial Chillers: Coil-type evaporators are used in small chillers to directly cool liquid refrigerants, serving applications such as cooling precision equipment.

Solution Concentration and Separation: Triple-effect evaporators are used to treat high-salinity wastewater, achieving water and salt separation through multi-stage evaporation. Suitable for industries such as chemical, petroleum, and pharmaceutical.

High-Viscosity Material Processing: Scraped evaporators are suitable for evaporating and concentrating high-viscosity, heat-sensitive materials such as honey and tannins, preventing scaling and decomposition.
