The industrial spiral freezer is a core high-efficiency continuous quick-freezing equipment specially designed for large-scale food processing industry. Relying on a three-dimensional spiral turret structure, it achieves the dual advantages of efficient space utilization and rapid food freezing, and is widely used in industrial scenarios such as aquatic product processing, meat and poultry segmentation, quick-frozen pasta, deep processing of fruits and vegetables, and large-scale production of prepared dishes. The core of the equipment adopts a high-strength multi-layer spiral stainless steel mesh belt for transportation. Food materials enter at a constant speed from the low-level feed inlet and spiral up or down along the turret with a stroke of up to several hundred meters, ensuring that each batch of food materials is evenly exposed to the low-temperature environment and avoiding local uneven freezing.

The industrial spiral freezer adopts a high-efficiency compressor unit and aluminum fin evaporator, which can stably output a low temperature of -35℃~-45℃. Combined with a strong convection circulating fan, it can quickly reduce the central temperature of food to below -18℃ within 10~30 minutes, rapidly pass through the maximum ice crystal formation zone, minimize the damage of food cells, lock the original nutrition, color and taste of food materials, and reduce the dry consumption rate. The entire equipment is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, meeting the hygiene standards of industrial food processing. It can be equipped with a fully automatic CIP cleaning system to achieve dead-angle-free cleaning, reducing equipment maintenance costs and labor input.


The industrial spiral freezer is equipped with a PLC intelligent control system that supports precise parameter adjustment. According to different industrial production needs, it can flexibly adjust the wind speed, temperature and freezing time to adapt to the quick-freezing process of various food materials. It has outstanding continuous production capacity, with a single equipment processing capacity of 500~6000kg/h. Under the same production capacity, its floor space is only 1/3~1/2 of that of the traditional tunnel-type quick-freezer, which can effectively save industrial plant space and adapt to assembly line large-scale production.
