The IQF spiral freezer adopts a single or double spiral drum design with multi-layer circulating 304 food-grade stainless steel mesh belts. It extends the freezing travel of materials in a limited floor area and features much higher space utilization than traditional tunnel freezers. The chamber maintains an ultra-low temperature of -35℃ to -45℃ with high-intensity convection air supply, enabling food to quickly pass through the maximum ice crystal formation zone and lower the core temperature below -18℃ in a short time.
Rapid freezing generates fine ice crystals to perfectly lock food cell structures, effectively reducing weight loss and juice loss. It preserves the original color, taste and nutrition of ingredients, avoids adhesion and agglomeration, and achieves individual freezing.
