The spiral freezer for food processing adopts a segmented spiral conveying structure. After the food materials enter the closed tunnel at a constant speed through the feed inlet, they move in an orderly manner along the spiral track. The multi-layer folding conveying increases the freezing contact time, and cooperates with the uniformly distributed cold air outlets in the tunnel to realize synchronous cooling of the surface and interior of the food materials. The refrigeration system is equipped with environmentally friendly refrigerants, which can accurately adjust the freezing temperature between -30℃ and -40℃, and flexibly set the freezing time according to the characteristics of the food materials. Generally, the central temperature of the food can be reduced to below -18℃ within 8~25 minutes, effectively inhibiting the growth of microorganisms, retaining the original flavor and nutritional value of the food, and reducing the dry consumption and damage rate of the food materials.
