This freezer evaporator adopts a compact design dedicated to freezers, which fits the internal space layout of the freezer. It selects special materials resistant to low temperature, condensation and corrosion, and can adapt to the wide temperature range working environment of -23℃ to 8℃ inside the freezer. It effectively prevents pipeline frosting and scaling, avoids heat exchange efficiency reduction caused by frosting, and ensures the long-term stable operation of the freezer.


Suitable for small freezer-specific refrigeration systems (2HP-25HP), the freezer evaporatorcan flexibly configure two mainstream structures: coil type and air-cooled type according to the freezer type (fresh-keeping cabinet, refrigeration cabinet, low-temperature freezer). It has a frost-free defrosting function. During installation, it can be accurately attached to the inner wall of the freezer without occupying too much storage space. It is convenient to operate and maintain, without frequent manual defrosting, reducing the use cost.


Compared with ordinary evaporators, the freezer evaporator optimizes the heat exchange path, focuses on the precise temperature control needs of the freezer, can quickly respond to temperature changes, effectively reduce the temperature difference inside the cabinet, prevent frozen food, experimental samples and factory materials from deteriorating due to temperature fluctuations. At the same time, it has the characteristics of energy saving and noise reduction, providing efficient and stable cold source for the freezer, adapting to the diverse use needs of various freezers.
