The cold room storage core working principle is to use low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant to undergo a gasification reaction on one side of the heat transfer wall of the evaporator. A large amount of heat is absorbed during the process, thereby cooling the air or liquid on the other side of the heat transfer wall, and finally maintaining the temperature inside the cold storage within the set low-temperature range, providing a stable environment for the low-temperature storage of various items.
