The Filter drier in refrigeration system structure is simple and precise. The shell is mostly made of corrosion-resistant red copper pipe or steel cylinder, with inlet and outlet interfaces at both ends. The interior is equipped with a gradually encrypted metal filter screen and high-efficiency desiccant. The filter screen is responsible for physical interception, which can capture solid impurities such as welding slag, metal debris, dust and refrigerating oil precipitates in the system; the desiccant is usually filled with a mixture of molecular sieve and activated alumina, which can strongly adsorb moisture in the refrigerant and neutralize organic acids generated by the reaction of moisture with refrigerant and lubricating oil.
During operation, the refrigerant flows through the filter dryer, first intercepts solid impurities through the filter screen, then adsorbs moisture and neutralizes acidic substances through the desiccant, and finally outputs pure and dry refrigerant. It can effectively avoid "ice blockage" caused by moisture and "dirty blockage" caused by impurities, prevent pipeline corrosion and compressor wear, and ensure the accurate adjustment of throttling components.
