The semi-hermetic screw compressor is mainly composed of screw rotors, casing, sealing components, drive motor and control system. The screw rotors adopt a high-precision meshing design, with small leakage and high compression efficiency after tooth profile optimization; the casing is made of high-strength cast iron, matched with special seals, which effectively blocks gas leakage and external dust entry. The motor is directly connected to the rotors, reducing transmission loss and improving energy utilization.
